The final game of an amazing season for The Blacks and they finished on a high with a fantastic performance and finished the season with their 100% record in tacxt.
Camberley Royals only had 10 players to start with but with their first attack they took the lead,but this only woke The Blacks up and soon they were in control,Bryony equalised from a Hollie corner and that opened up the way for The Blacks to relax and play some good football,further goals from Francesca{4},Hollie{1},Camilla{2} and Jazz{1} gave The Blacks a comfortable 9 1 half time lead.
Camberley lost a player to injury,so were down to 9 players so 5 minutes into the second half The Blacks went down to 9 players as well and this evened out the second half.
The bigger pitch so lots of gaps but credit to Camberley they battled all game and never gave up and scored a deserved second goal,but The Blacks were not finished and goals from Sophie{2} and Gemma with her first goal of the season saw The Blacks win comfortably 12 2.
Well done girls you were very good today and played some nice football,shame Camberley were short of players.
A fantastic season comes to an end League and Cup winners in our first season with 10 of the 15 squad a year younger than most of our opponents outstanding.
A big thank you to all you girls,youre parents for their support and all the travelling theyve done this season.
Training will continue every wednesday at the garrison and i will try and arrange a couple of friendlies.
