Winchester City Flyers tournament kicks off the 2024/25 season in style, welcoming over 160 girls teams from across the South to participate in its annual tournament.

What began 19 years ago after three teams in the Channel Islands got in touch to see if there were any clubs looking for some games, the tournament has continued to grow. Initially just 6 to 8 teams, this year sees 160 plus teams competing across all age groups in three days of girls’ football.

Saturday 7th September hosts the U8s, U10s U11s, U13s, and U15s.

Sunday 8th September hosts the U9s, U12s, U14s and U16s

Saturday 14th September hosts the U18s.All games being played at King George V Playing Fields in Winchester.

Spectating is open to all, so come along and enjoy the day (or all three!) and help support girls’ football.
